This tea contains a brisk, earthy flavor. It constitues has our traditional milk tea. It has a higher caffeine concentration than Green and Oolong but is smooth and creamy.
Boba
Boba Tea originated in Taiwan in the 1980s and migrated to Canada before spreading to trendy spots throughout the West Coast. A mixture of iced or warm sweetened tea, milk, and often other flavorings, boba tea is distinguished by the black tapioca balls or pearls that sit at the bottom of the cup. It has a sweet and chewty texture. Boba pearls are consumed along with the beverage through wide straws.
